Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Using gentle sustained pressures, Myofascial release (MFR) is a multifaceted system of treatment. The techniques used in MFR are designed to evaluate and treat restrictions of fascia in the body. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique used to combat connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Practitioners only. It is recommended that participants hold a minimum of a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice or Diploma of Remedial Massage qualification or extensive experience in massage industry.
Students who successfully pass all requirements will be issued with a certificate of attendance.
NOTE: Recognition from Massage Associations are currently under approval.
