Student Clinic - Booking & Cancellation Policy

NOTE – To secure your booking, Pre payment request when you make booking with our student clinic.

Onsite payment  – $19    Relaxation/Remedial

                            – $19    Aromatherapy

                         – $19    Myotherapy

• To ensure accuracy of client and booking information, we will NO longer accept bookings by phone and client has to booking online follow the Booking procedures.
• 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all Student Clinic bookings.
• Clients booking with vouchers, must supply their voucher code at time of booking to secure their appointment.
• Clients who fail to arrive at their appointment will be charged.
• MTI do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.
